A sister restaurant to Harbor Docks, Camille’s at Crystal Beach in Destin serves Gulf seafood that is caught in local waters by local fisherman and unloaded right on the dock at Harbor Docks Seafood Market, ensuring a Gulf to Table experience.
Menu favorites at Camille’s include delectable thin crust pizza, Seared Scallops and Gulf Shrimp, Panéed Chicken and The Catch of the Day served blackened, grilled or fried. The sushi is the talk of the town, as Camille’s at Crystal Beach’s Executive Sushi Chef Yoshie Eddings is well known internationally as having catered to an A-list celebrity clientele. Eddings trains all of the sushi staff at Camille’s and at the sister restaurant locations, maintaining the highest quality and standards possible to ensure that each bite will be the freshest and most delectable possible. One of the most popular rolls is the Backdown Roll that includes cream cheese, tempura batter, shrimp, cucumber, spicy sauce topped with tuna, avocado, and a krab salad.
Camille’s Beach Bar & Coffee Shop is located on the ground level and offers breakfast, lunch and daily happy hour specials. Kick off happy hour from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Customers can enjoy the daiquiri menu that features flavors like strawberry, mango, piña colada, and raspberry. The Beach Bar & Coffee Shop also hosts a wine pairing the last Thursday of every month.

Founded in 2003 by Charles Morgan, Camille’s at Crystal Beach has a casual family friendly dining atmosphere and was named after Morgan’s grandmother and mother, two women who made a great impact on him. They are referred to as Big Camille and Little Camille, respectively.
Unlike the beef, poultry and pork industries, wild, hook and line caught Gulf of Mexico seafood is not mass produced, and it’s a complicated and often threatened industry. We cooperate with the numerous agencies that monitor the sustainability of domestic fisheries and comply with all regulations to ensure a healthy product.
